I would recommend Jackie to anyone and everyone experiencing separation issues with their dog. It is not an understatement to say that Jackie transformed our lives with our dog and helped us all be more calm, happy, and fulfilled. Our dog has achieved a level of calm with being home alone for both short and long durations that I truly didn't think could ever be possible—and I know we would never have been able to achieve this without Jackie.

Prior to working with Jackie, our (at the time) 1.5 year old pup would tolerate her crate but it was by no means sustainable or a longterm solution for many reasons. However, she could not be left alone in the house outside of the crate for even a minute—just us shutting the door behind us would be enough of a trigger to send her into complete panic mode with nonstop barking. We felt at a total loss as to what to do and how to move forward.

I started following Jackie on Instagram after a trusted trainer would re-share her posts and knew that our values were aligned. And, as soon as my husband I met Jackie virtually, we knew it was a perfect fit. Jackie really listened to us and heard exactly what was unique about our situation and took the time to really help us understand her process and the many "unknowns" of beginning this training. While we knew the process wouldn't be "simple" or likely short given our circumstances, we were both confident that we had found the right person to work with.

Over the 10 months we worked with Jackie, she always made us laugh, kept us calm, and celebrated every milestone with us as if it were her own dog no matter how big or small it was. She made a complex process feel incredibly manageable all the while making us feel proud of ourselves and our dog. The only sad part about graduating from Jackie's program is not being able to chat with her each week.
