From our first meeting with Jackie, we felt a sense of calm and relief at having found her. Jackie took the time to listen, to get to know us and our dog and to understand what our goals were. Jackie’s process was science based, clearly explained, and easy to follow. When our dog struggled with a particularly difficult departure situation, Jackie brainstormed with us, gave us recommendations and then worked with us to implement a new plan.

Dahlia is now able to be left alone as needed for 4-6 hours without any issue at all. We have stopped using the cameras because we never saw any behavior that concerned us.  We could not be happier, or more confident that she is secure and content by herself.

Jackie’s flexibility, compassion, and rigor in every aspect of what she does made it a pleasure to work with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
